I have been obsessing over the brand Make-up Revolution lately (i know u must have seen the back to back reviews from the same brand 😀 ) for its amazing quality and preformance makeup. Be it face, eyes or lips, they are all super affordable and high end in quality and never disappoint at all. So i went ahead and ordered one gorgeous eyeshadow palatte which is from their sister brand “Freedom makeup” London and called Freedom Pro 12 Audacious 3 Eyeshadow Palette. Its a beautiful eyeshadow palette with a mix of colors of some mattes and shimmers in one.
And today i am going to write a detailed review on this palette and i am so excited about it 😀

Freedom Pro 12 Audacious 3 Eyeshadow Palette Review
Price: Rs 1200/ Available online @flipkart for Rs 650 🙂 🙂
It comes in a simple black glossy plastic case with a transparent plastic window on the front so that you can see all of the shadows inside. The brand name is written on the top where as the back have the shade name written on it. The case is quite sturdy and comes with a thin applicator brush inside. The only downside is, it does not comes with an inside mirror which makes it a little less travel friendly and because Make-up Revolution always have huge mirrors attached to their cases, it does disappoint a bit. Nevertheless, the packaging is attractive and gives a sleek-luxury look to the palette.
Texture and Pigmentation:
There are 3 matte shades and 9 shimmery shades in total where few are more glittery than other shimmer ones. The texture of the eyeshadow is creamy and the pigmentation is pretty good. The formula looks buttery for some of the shades, for some it feels little chalky and soft. All of them are highly pigmented, some better than the others. The three matte shades are beautiful for the base and blend beautifully on the lid. The shimmer and the glittery ones look great on the crease, top lid and blend together beautifully. Some of the glittery ones show a little fallout but as they have a creamy formula and are so easy to blend, I have no complaints. All the shades swatch great and look beautiful on the eyes. The color pay off is good and lasts for good 6-7 hours with primer and a minimal creasing on the lids.
The quality of the shadows surely exceeds my expectation 🙂 The formula and the color pay off is awesome despite a few shades which could have been a bit more pigmented. There are some beautiful mattes and some gorgeous shimmery colors. The matte shades are extremely buttery and gives a nice base to the makeup. Where as the shimmer ones are quite pigmented and really tops the list than the others with an impressive amount of pigmentation and easy blending ability. The glittery shades are equally as beautiful, but are little soft and may show a little fallout, but anyways totally worth it for the beautiful color pay off they provide on the lids. I’ve found myself reaching for this palette specifically to use those shimmery shades on my crease or on my lids more often. They actually create a beautiful look all on their own and are perfect for rosy neutral eyes or smokey eyes makeup look.
Overall this palette is a worth buy with great quality in such affordable price. There’s a good mix of light and dark shades as well as a good range of finishes from matte to satin to metallic to shimmer. I’m really loving this palette and totally recommend it if you’re looking for some great, affordable eye shadow palette with a mix of matte and shimmer shades. I’m really excited to try out more from this Freedom Makeup line! I highly recommend 🙂
